Clue
Oh yes. Didn't think I was gonna be into Clue, didja? Well I am, folks. It's an American classic.
Madeline Kahn, Tim Curry, Colleen Camp (she plays the hot maid) how can you go wrong?
You have an all-star comedy cast, combined with a witty and interesting script and a director
that keeps the pace. You can't go wrong in that situation unless it's a touching film with Julia
Roberts, then it can suck my ass.
Clue is the only movie that I can think of that has three endings in the theatrical release. Yes,
many movies include alternate endings in the DVD release but who has time for that? You
don't get any option with Clue. You have to see them. It's like getting mooned by the director,
it's funny and it kinda pisses you off. Especially when the pants come down too far and you
see balls. I hate that.
So that brings us into the lame part: the third alternate ending. You know that one; the one
when Tim Curry (the butler) is the one who 'dunnit.' I didn't like that one bit. But it's not like I
was pissed that Tim Curry was the killer, quite the contrary. Tim Curry can own whoever's shit
he feels like owning. The lame part is that he gets shot in the end by the dorky guy who is also
an FBI agent.
Screw that guy. Tim Curry rules.
